Work place resilience and well-being training (WRAW)
Resilience training is designed to cultivate emotional awareness, improve openness, and inclusivity. Developing well-being expertise throughout your organisation will put healthy high performance at the centre of your business.
This is achieved by psychometric profiling (great fun and easy to do), coaching sessions where delegates participate in breakouts, written exercises, 1:1 coaching sessions, and workshops.
You will learn to:
Build a team of mental health first aiders to provide support when things are tough
Upskill leaders to role model healthy high performance
Train managers to hold well-being conversations with confidence
Give teams the knowledge and freedom to develop their charter for well-being
Introduce working groups to integrate wellbeing into existing practices to encourage inclusion.
