Mental Wellbeing

Mental Health First Aid training is provided over 2 consecutive days either online or face to face.

The course is based on the International MHFA guidelines and the curriculum content is evidence-based with input from mental health professionals, researchers and consumer advocates.

The course is suitable for adults helping them improve their knowledge of mental health, the conditions, interventions, appropriate strategies and building confidence in supporting friends, family and co-workers who are experiencing mental health problems.

Delegates also receive a coursebook and access to useful resources.
